As part of the modernization of consular services and the digitalization of Mali’s public administration, the Embassy of Mali in New Delhi informs the public of the launch of a secure digital system for managing visa applications.
This new system, implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Mali, ensures fast, reliable services that respect the confidentiality of personal data.
1. Official Platform
All visa applications must now be submitted through the following secure digital portal: 👉 https://www.diplomatiemdc.gouv.ml/vitrine/ This portal will automatically redirect users to the appropriate embassy or consulate based on their country of residence.
2. Application Procedure Steps
- a. Creation of a user account
- b. Selection of visa type
- c. Completion of the online form
- d. Upload of supporting documents (PDF or JPG format):
- • Valid passport copy (minimum 6 months validity)
- • Recent passport-size photo
- • Legalized invitation letter from Mali or hotel reservation
- • Copy of round-trip flight reservation
- • Copy of vaccination card (yellow fever)
- • Other documents depending on the visa type requested
- e. Appointment scheduling (if required)
- f. Payment of visa fees
- g. Visa issuance
3. Important Points
- • Handwritten or paper applications will not be accepted unless submitted through the portal.
- • All personal data is handled confidentially and securely.
- • Errors in the form may delay processing.
- • Average processing time: 5 to 10 business days (excluding urgent cases).
